Ronaldinho!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ronaldo de Assis Moreira was born in 21 March 1980 in Brazil.  He is a Brazilian footballer who plays for Flamengo and the Brazilian national team as an attacking midfielder or forward.  FIFA World Player of the Year, awarded to the best player over the year.  Ronaldinho's football skills began to blossom at the of age 8, and he was first given the nickname Ronaldinho because he was often the youngest and the smallest player in youth club matches.

Ronaldinho's career began with the Grêmio youth squad.  In 2001, Ronaldinho signed a five-year contract with French side Paris Saint-Germain in a EUR5 million transfer.  Originally, FC Barcelona president Joan Laporta had promised to bring David Beckham to the club, but following his transfer to Real Madrid, Barcelona entered the running for Ronaldinho and outbid Manchester United for his signature in a reported EUR30 million.  In July 2008, Ronaldinho turned down a £25.5 million offer from Manchester City to join Italian Serie A giants Milan on a three-year contract thought to be worth around £5.1 million (EUR6.5 million) a year, for a fee in the region of £14.5 million (EUR18.5 million).  After being heavily linked with a move back to his childhood club Grêmio, Ronaldinho joined Flamengo on 11 January 2011 with a contract ending in 2014.

The festivals in my home-town!

My home town is Hokkaido!  I think most people know about it.  Hokkaido has many festivals one of its most famous festivals is the "Sapporo Snow Festival".  This festival has big beautiful statues made of snow and ice.  It’s in February.  There are many foreign tourists that go there.  The statues look like castles, characters such as “Doraemon” and “Anpanman”.  It is very spectacular to see.
My home is in Shinhidaka-town.  It has the cherry blossom festival in May.  This festival is held on a 7 kilometer road.  That's very long.  Tourists drink alcohol, have dinner, walk the road and see the cherry blossoms.  It’s very beautiful.
There are many festivals elsewhere in Hokkaido.  For example, there are firework festivals in the summer such as “The Yosakoi festival”. The Yosakoi people dance with other people.  This festival has been held for 20 years.  Last year, about 300 groups joined it.  That is one of the biggest festivals in Hokkaido.  It’s very exiting.
Please come to festivals in Hokkaido!  I think you will feel happy and exited. And you will love festivals!
